以瓦煲上枱,可保持原煲熱度。隻鷄有幾大從隻鷄翼大少已知一二,鷄件斬成細件,方便容易掛汁入味,係做到嘅,食到豆醬嘅咸香味,醬汁上有層油,若然少油會仲好,可以用黎撈白飯食。

炒菜都要選擇帶點潮汕味,點客方魚炒芥蘭 ($138)。方魚入口卜卜脆,芥蘭應該選用芥蘭苗,每條都清脆無半點渣,入口食到清甜芥蘭味,對得住呢口價。
