To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前成日幫襯因為住果邊附近,價錢唔算貴而且比其他分店好食!後黎搬左屋所以好耐無食,今日專登搭車過去食,全店裝修過,餐牌換過晒,睇落多左好多選擇,不過價錢貴左!雖然無左一d以前食開既香茅豬排飯,咁就點左一個金不換牛河,春卷,牛油雞翼!牛河味道似乾炒牛河,不太油膩,幾好味!牛油雞翼上枱仲好熱,好香好好味!春卷就以前比較好食,但生菜似無洗過,4塊都有一點點不知名既野喺上面,同店員講,佢都好好咁換過第2碟菜比我~
