日本🇯🇵係眾所週知的禮貌國家是也,至於送禮的包裝亦非常講究,正如我今次去呢間名字叫「禮」的居酒屋,有外表、有內涵!平時去九龍城都係食泰國野多,今次咁啱經過打鼓嶺道至發現呢間隱世sake bar!店面設計簡約,沒有花巧的menu, 一張紙2版但食品種類都唔少,由前菜至甜品一應俱全、價錢都算大眾化。侍應哥哥先奉上前菜,是枝豆煙肉薯蓉沙律,附一薄片檸檬,增加開胃感~同友人商量後就叫咗呢幾款菜式~串燒:厚切牛舌- 🐮爽口肉厚又juicy~媽媽鹹蛋豬肉棒- 🐷口感似平時食開既免治雞肉串,上面是香口鹹蛋醬,係鹹蛋肉餅的日式串燒版😆富士煙肉蘋果卷- 烤過的🍎蘋果啖啖爽甜,balance返煙肉的油脂~油甘魚鮫- 🐟外皮燒得微微焦脆甘香,內裡魚肉依然多汁嫩滑,友人至愛!蟹羔玉子燒- 🥚玉子軟綿,🦀蟹羔多到爆出嚟,好鮮味呀🤤🤤南蠻炸雞- 🐤從來都冇特別深究過、點解佢要叫「南蠻」,原來係古時日本人對異國人嘅貶稱。 而南蠻炸雞都係宮崎出名嘅料理之一!醃漬後味道酸酸甜甜,食既時候蘸上他他醬,🍺絕佳的佐酒小食~板煎和牛粒- 🐮油花均勻,肉味頗濃,肉質鮮嫩口感正!估唔到今次既「禮遇」咁有驚喜~😎如果店內能增加bar

平時去九龍城都係食泰國野多,
今次咁啱經過打鼓嶺道至發現呢間隱世sake bar!
