To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚約左朋友睇戲，睇戲前去左牛涮鍋打邊爐，經過好多次，見成日要等位，今日比較早，唔洗等，所以試下！任食分幾款價錢，視乎牛肉質素，最平$168再加一，最貴400多。因為新年都食得滯滯地，我地唔會食太多肉，所以揀左最平$168。限時個半鐘。食物款式不算太多，但質素都不錯，湯底很滿意，麻辣夠辣，加湯是加返麻辣湯不是水！黑蒜豬骨黑蒜味濃！追加食物速度都十分快！另外有軟雪糕供應，味道很好。整體以馬鞍山食開既邊爐黎講質素算唔錯，就係得個半鐘爭d，比較趕
