上次帶完父母嚟食潮州菜,今次到同老公嚟食😎一坐低,店員會先放低咸酸菜及功夫茶☕,聽說這是潮州人待客之道。平時食潮州菜都係似打冷為主,今次我地就主打手工菜,睇吓岩唔岩口味😆護國菜:係湯既一種,但喺名字上完全搵唔到任何有關食材的資料,所以非常好奇點樣護國🤨 於是問服務生,回答說係類似菠菜蓉。正所謂出街一定要食菜,於是就即刻下單。嚟到以為佢個質感會好杰,但佢又唔使粟米羹果種落勁多粟粉果種。食落無菠菜既青草味,似係中式版既菠菜濃湯👍🏻傳統普寧灌漿:食材其實好簡單,但做法就複雜。將白蘿蔔切條,加入原粒花生🥜蒸熟,再用腐皮包起來炸,香脆可口,食落有淡淡蘿蔔香氣,清清地又唔會覺得太dry。清燉荷包鱔:又係買少見少既手工菜,用清湯浸住一盅兩件,聽服務生講係每日限量製作。用荷葉☘️包住鱔片,荷葉香完美遮蓋鮮鱔既泥味,鱔又肥大肉厚,好有特式👍🏻臨走果陣,店員問我地仲要唔要功夫茶,話啱啱沖好。整餐飯都覺得店員好主動但唔會俾到食客壓力,抵讚👍🏻 店員仲叫我地weekend 返嚟飲茶,話而家做緊優惠,午茶免加一同茶芥~睇嚟又係時間帶屋企人過嚟食唰😎
