To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次嚟Cuisine Culture，冇諗過質素咁高法國巴約訥火腿提子沙律 - 沙律菜好新鮮好乾淨，橄欖油同醋份量得宜，火腿好香，做到濃而不膩，配提子嘅食法亦好特別焗法式地道古也芝士洋蔥湯 - 好特別嘅湯，成碗入爐焗過，麵包脆卜卜，芝士同洋蔥味又濃郁又夾，啖啖都有滿滿嘅洋蔥同芝士，味道好特別好好飲慢火煮紅酒和牛面肉配法包 - 牛面肉味道香濃，口感軟腍，有入口溶化嘅感覺，紅酒味道突出，又唔會搶咗牛嘅香味，配麵包食一流海鮮墨魚意粉 - 調味好好，墨汁帶有濃濃嘅海鮮味，青口好creamy，有食緊生蠔嘅感覺，帶子煎到剛熟，一絲絲口感好好，意粉軟硬度適中，口感好好是日甜品係麵包布甸，甜度啱啱好，配上勁香同口感煙韌嘅榛子雪糕，食得好滋味，伴碟嘅裝飾都畫得好有心機Cuisine Culture位置好方便，中環站一出過條馬路就到，環境同氣氛俾人一種舒服嘅感覺，牆上好多好靚嘅掛畫，座位又乾淨又闊落，而家已經有好靚嘅聖誕佈置同擺設唔同種類嘅食物選擇好多，而家仲做緊House wine、白酒、紅酒同啤酒買一送一，服務又貼心，食物勁用心誠意製作，性價比好高，絕對有酒店嘅水準，已經期待緊下次再嚟
