今晚同朋友響銅鑼灣搵食,心血來潮想食壽喜燒,所以就來咗駱克駅試呢間壽喜燒專門店「壽兵衛」,晚餐有4個SET可以選擇,有和牛,黑豚和雞的套餐。我同朋友都揀咗 Deluxe Wagyu Set($980),有12道菜,當中包括了我最愛的和牛,還有熟成牛扒,十分抵食。1️⃣前菜三點玉子燒、磯煮鮑魚、北海道白粟米鮑魚好入味,又彈牙北海道白粟米十分清甜,雖然不是第一次食,但都仍然覺得好驚艷。2️⃣海之本刺身三點帶子、深海池魚、大拖羅 - 三款都好十分鮮甜新鮮,我特別喜歡大拖羅。3️⃣蒸物墨魚汁茶碗蒸 - 這款茶碗蒸跟平日食開的不同,它是黑色的,因為用上了墨魚汁來做,茶碗蒸內還有八瓜魚仔,表面舖上一點三文魚籽提鮮,原來用墨魚汁蒸蛋會令茶碗蒸更滑溜 。4️⃣魚籽三文魚籽和牛他他 - 是和牛碎加魚籽、三文魚籽和鵪鶉蛋,內餡加入了香梨粒,除了豐富口感,亦減低和牛的肥膩感,令味道更添清新,又爽又鮮甜。季節野莱盛盒有南瓜、日本紫心蘿蔔、冬菇、金菇、芋絲、皇帝菜同豆腐。6️⃣牛料理四品(和牛兩品)🔸 美國熟成牛扒 - 餐廳有一個專櫃擺放熟成牛扒,好專業,熟成牛的顏色比一般牛肉深色,師傅燒熱鍋子後,就輕輕煎了牛扒的一邊,可以避免肉

🔸 美國熟成牛扒 - 餐廳有一個專櫃擺放熟成牛扒,好專業,熟成牛的顏色比一般牛肉深色,師傅燒熱鍋子後,就輕輕煎了牛扒的一邊,可以避免肉質變得太靭,以後包入了京蔥,食的時間沾上了宮崎雞蛋,紅紅的雞蛋,令肉質吃起來更滑。

一開始以為是普通清湯,但一打個就聞到好香的舞茸菇香氣,味道好濃郁。

以沖繩岩手縣一見鍾情米,烹煮釜飯,口感煙韌香甜,師傅在煮好飯之後再拌松葉蟹肉,毛豆,香蔥和香氣十足的黑松露點綴,表面再舖上滿滿一層三文魚籽,客人可以無限添加粒粒飽滿嘅三文魚籽,超值!
