去到亞太中心搵食，企咗喺樓下望緊廣告招牌睇吓有咩食，最後決定上咗三樓嘅The Flame Bar & Restaurant食牛扒。上到餐廳先發現有牛扒任食，唔使左諗右諗就揀咗Free flow。揀咗澳洲特級安格斯8oz嘅牛扒除咗牛扒任食之外，原來薯條都係任食，而且另外仲可以根據自己喜好再另加沙律、湯同甜品。第一Round就揀咗要五成熟牛扒，牛扒煎到剛剛好，中間粉紅色，食落豐富肉汁，肉質嫩滑！而第二Round就試咗三成，肉汁仲更加豐富，直頭連配上嘅醬汁都唔使點，真係好Juicy！最後食埋個甜品，係三重朱古力mousse cake，朱古力味香濃，舌頭細細力一壓就即刻感受到細滑口感，而餅底係朱古力脆脆，真係值得一試。雖然我唔係酮友，但牛扒任食真係啱哂進行生酮飲食嘅人嚟食返夠本！
