Restaurant: Wing Hing Ice Room

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六同男友黎食午餐，等了五分鐘左右就有位。本身想食中式飯，但中式飯選擇唔多，我又唔想食炒粉麵，最後叫左個特餐，蕃茄湯通粉、炒蛋加牛油豬仔包。炒蛋份量好夠，而且好食，平時其他餐廳炒蛋份量特別少，呢度好足料。通粉都好大碗，牛油豬仔包都食得出係即製。缺點係坐正係四個無禮貌嘅男人隔離，佢地全程向侍應大聲呼喂。另外，入座安排混亂，有食客被其中一個侍應換位後，其他侍應唔清楚，食物同單都搞左一段時間先去返岩嘅枱。
