呢日去牛頭角工作,返工前經過呢間麵粉店,就諗住食飽先開工,坐底見D粉麵價錢都算合理,點左牛什撈粗麵~撈麵要加$8,但好想食~唯有照加上枱見到好大碟,應該至少有1.5個麵底,唔怪之得要加$8,心理上安樂哂🤭牛什有四款:牛肚、牛腸、牛肺同牛蒡,而我最至愛嘅牛蒡只有一片🥹鹵水味較淡,牛什處理都算乾淨,否則會有內臟腥臭味,牛腸又唔會洗晒D肥膏,食到粉嘅質感
