To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我想講我頭先寫寫下嗰篇食評hang咗之後冇save到… 而家冇咩心機再重新寫一篇完整嘅比較推介嘅係呢個最乳鴿,賣相靚之餘唔使講啦!一眼就睇到又有顏色又有動態!好似一隻飛緊嘅雀仔咁,而且肉又非常之嫩滑!酒味嘅濃度亦都啱啱好大力推介黑松露珍珠留心蛋亦都非常可口!其實每人食一隻都OK!半隻可能會唔夠喉蟹粉豆腐煲非常好味! 220幾蚊有一小煲,佢有一啲蟹肉,應該同埋一啲蛋黃一齊煮,煮出嚟非常嘢未仲有豆腐除咗滑之餘仲不失豆香!推介茶燻雞嘅肉非常非常之嫩口,但係唔係好覺得茶燻嘅味道海參帶子炒蘆筍,炒得幾香~清蒸海斑正常質素,早知試吓其他特別野啦呢個雞湯蘿蔔本來有啲期望,因為佢係招牌菜,價錢唔係平,而且見到食評大家都有推介~ 但係食落都係普通嘅鮮甜蘿蔔味壽包仔熱辣辣唔錯,入面有鹹蛋黃

比較推介嘅係呢個最乳鴿,賣相靚之餘唔使講啦!一眼就睇到又有顏色又有動態!好似一隻飛緊嘅雀仔咁,而且肉又非常之嫩滑!酒味嘅濃度亦都啱啱好
