今晚又約了朋友在銅鑼灣吃晚餐, 剛好早前看到網上雜誌介紹, 駱克駅12樓這間壽兵衛的壽喜燒日本和牛餐, 價錢合理之餘份量亦非常豐富, 於是便一早預約了今晚來吃。餐廳是一貫日系風格, 主要是以木為主, 令食客感覺舒適, 吃得輕鬆自在。最頂級的日本和牛套餐也不用一千蚊一位, 性價比爆高。前菜三點先吃味道較淡的水雲水母, 酸酸甜甜的很開胃醒神, 然後是中間的磯煮鮑魚, 很入味彈牙, 最後是較為濃味的鮟鱇魚肝, 口感滑嫩細滑﹑入口即溶。海之幸刺身三點師傅安排了當日最新鮮空運到港的食材, 有時令帶子, 味道鮮甜嫩滑。海大蝦肉厚細嫩﹑鮮甜飽滿, 結實且富有彈性﹑紋路細緻, 光澤呈現透亮。拖羅吃起來當然嫩滑鮮甜無比。海膽和牛他他賣相造型很突出, 就像一個漢堡包, 最頂層的是金箔鵪鶉蛋, 三文魚籽及海膽, 以上下兩層和牛他他夾住中層的日本梨。撈完後鵪鶉蛋與和牛他他混在一起, 口感綿滑, 味道濃厚, 日本梨帶來清新香甜的味道, 減去一些肉膩感。蒸物通常一般吃的蒸蛋是原味, 用了原隻螢光魷魚的做法則比較少見, 師傅連墨汁也採用了混在蒸蛋裡, 令整碗蒸蛋充滿濃濃的墨汁味道, 做法確實是新穎大膽。牛料理四品

最後的甜品是水信玄餅配柚子雪葩, 水信玄餅的外觀絕對是首屈一指的, 打卡一流, 柚子雪葩酸酸甜甜的清新味道, 正好可以去除整晚的膩滯感。
