To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同事們相約下班後做下運動打下波,咁運動之前緊係要食飽飽先有力架嘛~於是係附近既商場見到呢間餐廳面門都幾有特式,就吸引左我地入去啦。點知就係伏既開始...我地一行4人都等左約半個鐘先有位,餐點選擇都算多。圖片比文字更吸睛,所以我地都揀左兩個餐係大圖推介既~點知...首先講啲正常野先呢個係我地叫既3個餐入面最正常既,擺盤都幾靚。雞都算滑身同有味既,但係個飯就..可能係健康飯😂,無咩味。始終覺得海南雞係要配油飯先襯。每個餐都會配湯品或者飲品。羅宋湯,係我地叫既所有野食入面最好飲好食🤦🏻‍♀️,味道酸酸甜甜,不會太酸。伏味開始來臨....其他我最期待係呢個飯,一上菜好吸引,色水好好,有滿滿既芝士同足料。可惜一放入口...噢唔知係咪蕃茄既問題,有一陣酸酸叔叔既味道,但佢又唔係變壞左好勁既味,就咬咬下會陣中有間酸叔味出黎。所以我地都係勉強食左半碟就唔想再食。其實呢碟應該是叫芽菜肥牛煲。基本上我搵唔到粉絲同金菇。二來我唔睇番menu都唔知係沙嗲口味,純粹係咸味芽菜肥牛煲。呢碟菜其實仲有段故..話說一開始上菜黎左蝦米雜菜煲(類似),然後我地同番店員講話黎錯左,我地叫既係肥牛煲,當中我地都無要責怪既語氣,

其實呢碟應該是叫芽菜肥牛煲。基本上我搵唔到粉絲同金菇。二來我唔睇番menu都唔知係沙嗲口味,純粹係咸味芽菜肥牛煲。


呢碟菜其實仲有段故..話說一開始上菜黎左蝦米雜菜煲(類似),然後我地同番店員講話黎錯左,我地叫既係肥牛煲,當中我地都無要責怪既語氣,都係有禮貌既(我自己覺得)。咁呢到都ok既,無野,店員都有講唔好意思,換番俾我地。過左一陣,一開始幫我地落單個個人拎住張單走過黎話:咩啊,你地係叫雜菜煲,仲話記得我地指住雜菜煲。嘩,聽到火都黎,我地自己叫既自己唔記得,反而你記得,個肥牛同雜菜係meun一個高一個低,我地一定係指錯左啦。佢都仲要keep住講,好似我地屈佢咁。講多兩句就有另一個店員幫佢say sorry,完左件事。然後,過一陣又見佢俾第2枱既人鬧佢落張單之類。🤷🏻‍♀️
伏中過一次就夠 。
