To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 南丫島一日遊,由榕樹灣行山行去索罟灣,一開始食亞婆豆腐花,邊行邊食燒粟米同燒菠蘿,未夠六點就肚餓,可能是行山消耗了太多能量,便提早食晚餐加beer! 時間很早,沒有很多人吃晚飯,對著海邊吃晚餐勁relax。酥炸鮮魷魚-皮薄,鮮魷啖啖肉,配甜酸醬一流! 椒鹽海中蝦-好好味呀!!! 男友勁鐘意蒜,滿足晒佢la! 海蝦很新鮮,很大隻!蒜茸蒸扇貝-粉絲吸收了扇貝的味道,加上蒜及蔥,一口把它送入口,味道鮮甜!蛋白炒飯及南丫島菜-不過不失,這晚主要吃海鮮,又有菜,感覺很健康! 食完飯,到碼頭附近的公園行石春路,真是休閒的星期天,不用在TST跟強國人迫看Rubber Duck!
