To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日係朋友請客，去專登帶我去皇冠假日頂樓餐廳星幕食半自助餐落地玻璃嘅設計，餐廳變得開陽明亮，當時並不太多客人，所以成間餐廳都幾安靜，我哋可以舒舒服服食飯，聊天，其實都幾開心沙律及甜品係以自助形式進行，我都幾喜歡餐廳提供的食物款式，比較多元化，食物質素唔錯，對巴拿馬火腿沙律特別深刻，新鮮好食；甜品普遍程度是中常，偏甜餐湯比較清甜，解油膩，非常合適自助餐享用我覺得主菜反而比較失色，肉質偏硬，煎過火了，有點失望。反而朋友嘅意粉都幾好食整體感覺是中上，我很喜歡自助餐所提供的菜式，同朋友傾到三點才離開😂，每位價錢200多少少，在酒店內餐廳享用這種質素，是性價比高的選擇

整體感覺是中上，我很喜歡自助餐所提供的菜式，同朋友傾到三點才離開😂，每位價錢200多少少，在酒店內餐廳享用這種質素，是性價比高的選擇
