To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聽講西九龍海旁開咗好多新餐廳,所以今日專登嚟試下。 去到門口,都幾多人選擇坐戶外枱, 入面相對冇咁多人,但成間餐廳都坐咗六、七成人。 我哋叫咗一碟雞翼、pepperoni pizza同seafood linguine。 雞翼上嘅時候仲熱辣辣,個皮好脆,食落有少少辣,但入面啲肉仲好juicy。 跟住就上pizza, 我覺得pizza個底好脆,同埋都好多料。 個seafood linguine好多海鮮,有細細粒嘅帶子、蜆,同埋份量都算大。 整體嚟講啲食物都幾好食, 同埋入面嘅waiter都好service, 再加上佢係寵物友善餐廳,好多人都會帶埋狗狗入去一齊坐, 整體感覺好休閒。
