Restaurant: Pandan Leaf Indonesian Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🔺 班蘭葉印尼餐廳 (銅鑼灣)日日都要諗三餐食咩真係諗到頭都爆🤯呢間成日都會經過都又唔敢入既餐廳,今次係朋友既驅使下第一次食印尼菜~入到去d 姐姐個個都識講廣東話,點餐完全冇問題👌🏻而且仲好好客~🔻雜菜燒半雞飯($88)半隻雞都幾大隻😯外皮甜甜地燒完入面d 雞肉仲好嫩滑多汁~個汁偏辣帶甜,撈飯食好惹味😋🔻雜菜燒魚飯($98)一上枱嘩一聲,條魚大過隻隻手掌😱調味同燒雞一樣都係甜甜地既醬汁,燒完個皮脆肉滑,條魚厚身啖啖肉,好好味😍🔻珍多冰($28)椰汁底香濃,甜度適中,綠色條條偏淋,個人比較中意有咬口多d~🔻綠豆冰($28)同樣椰汁底,綠豆份量多有咬口,好似甜品咁食好滿足~
