我自己平時好少行入上水舊墟,估唔到原來有咁多食肆小店,而且有D營業時間會到零晨!! 😮真係食宵夜嘅好地方。呢間石磨腸粉除左有傳統腸粉外,仲有火龍果、南瓜、甘筍口味,認真創新。我就揀左傳統口味,石磨蔥花齋腸套餐 $25套餐包腸粉、飲品、6粒燒賣或魚蛋,如果作為早餐都幾抵幾豐富。魚蛋係有咬口嘅陳皮魚蛋;燒賣無特別。呢度嘅石磨腸幾有驚喜,居然係帶點韌性且彈性腸粉,對比我以前喺大陸食嘅滑嘟嘟石磨腸粉,我更中意呢度嘅口感😋。生炸雞髀 $24由於即叫即炸,所以要等2個字。熱辣辣到手,香氣噴人🤤。炸衣用左麵包糠,特別脆。雞髀用普通醃料醃製左、偏鹹,所以我乜調味粉都無再加。炸嘅時間同火喉處理得幾好,雞肉嫩滑而多汁。$24一隻幾抵😏。
