唔知有冇人同我一樣,平時都好驚羊肉嘅羶味🫢 但最近發掘左一間銅鑼灣嘅新餐廳,佢係專食嚟自北海道嘅成吉思汗烤羊肉,打破咗我一貫對羊肉嘅抗拒,竟然覺得好好食😋 呢種烤肉係以洋蔥圍住個邊,一邊烤肉,啲肉汁就會一邊流落啲洋蔥到,食落勁juicy勁甜!見到限定呢個字,就忍唔住嗌咗碗嚟試吓😆 呢個湯有啲似羊肉版嘅清湯腩,據說係用咗1/4隻羊同熬製咗20小時而製成,個湯飲落充滿羊嘅鮮味,仲有啲白蘿蔔,好腍好甜😌所有嘅烤肉都有店員幫手燒,唔怕燒得唔熟或者過燶🫢 呢個羊頸柳係人氣之選,食落幾厚身又有咬口,仲有唔少肉汁,最緊要係唔會太羶但又食到羊嘅鮮味😋 點埋佢地自家製嘅醬汁,好唔錯!而羊西冷亦係另一款人氣之選,店員話西冷要以大火燒先可以鎖住肉汁😌 果然,食落去特別juicy,而且羊味濃而唔羶,推薦呢個點少少鹽食,特別惹味🤤 非常推介!呢度除咗出名食羊,仲有和牛食添,平時食燒肉都一定會嗌牛舌食,今次都唔例外😝 佢嘅牛舌芯無論色澤同紋理都超靚,仲好厚身🫢 食落口超級軟腍,好鍾意呢個口感😋 點埋由蘋果同菠蘿特製而成嘅和牛醬汁,食落特別清新解膩!同樣都係限定嘅菜式,呢個餃子係餐廳一手一腳親自整既,入面嘅羊肉打到
