To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Boxing day 當晚,我們兩個女人打算去尖東睇燈飾! 於是,我建議走到佐敦一帶食晚餐,除了平過尖沙咀之外,亦可以找到特色小店來幫襯吧!我們行了好幾條街,這一帶最多燒烤店及雞煲店,如果我們選擇其中一間的話,恐怕要花上兩小時慢慢進食呢!認識一年的她,跟她試過行街食飯,知她是一名慳家靚女,就讓她選擇餐廳吧! 她卻是千揀萬揀,選了這間我三年半前的餐廳 <老趙越南餐廳>!我們在門外等上大約 5分鐘! 以節日來說算是很快!起碼不用等上超過半小時!我們被安排到跟另一對中年夫婦食客搭枱,我們的號碼比他們前一個號碼,所以先入座! 店子地方有限的關係,卻是有點迫狹! 入座後,好奇之下我四圍望望餐廳內的環境,才發現收銀位置,掛上米芝蓮推介餐廳的獎狀! 店子門口並沒有貼上米芝蓮貼紙作招徠,相當低調!估計是做熟客生意唔休做!餐牌食物即叫即製,勝在上得快! 我們由 8:00入座到 8:45離開,大約 45 分鐘!可見這裡食客流量快,一晚可做幾轉枱生意! 熱香茅薑母茶 $26香茅與薑裝得滿滿的,看來十分足料!散發清香, 滾燙的水溫,入口清甜而辛辣! 真材實料!蟹肉焗蛋金磚 $16/ 件這款小食
