是日跟舊上司聚舊~~~想食啲就搵到佐敦呢間鐵板燒。佐敦落車要步行大概10分鐘~ 終於見到門外大紅燈籠,就知到了。餐廳唔算大座位唔多,當日係星期一人唔算太多,店員一見到我地就帶我地去鐵板燒吧枱坐低~ 望望餐牌,我地決定一個平啲+一個貴啲再一齊share~ 所以叫左 海膽焗原隻龍蝦北海道帆立貝海鮮套餐($780)+日本十勝黑豚肉北海道松葉蟹套餐($450)一坐低之後,店員就幫我地加水,eee望真啲水杯加左粒青檸,又幾特別! 一路飲會覺得好清新中和到熱氣感~ 之後兩款前菜煙燻鴨胸沙律+三點刺身都黎到了沙律杯好多材料豆腐生菜青瓜再加埋煙燻鴨胸感覺清新開胃。另外既三點刺身,有三文魚牡丹蝦同八爪魚 三文魚肥美,牡丹蝦肉身彈牙~~~ 好喇完成前菜,就到師傅出馬為我地預備主菜喇~~ 第一道主菜: 北海道帆立貝帆立貝好大一粒,上面加上黑松露醬,好夾。肉厚鮮甜,再加上裙邊一齊食,double口感!第二道: 招牌脆皮煎鰻魚呢個很有驚喜!師傅事先將魚皮同肉分離,再分開烹調。魚皮焦得好香,入口香脆,另外魚肉肥厚加上燒汁,味道一流。第三道:鐵板海膽醬芝士焗原隻龍蝦龍蝦肉質彈牙,再加上芝士好正主菜不經不覺完成,跟住

最尾呢個焦糖西多條,好得意,師傅靈巧運用簡單材料: 將麵包加上白砂糖牛油等等將麵包燒至金黃香脆 ,但最尾卻是最令人驚艷! 樂師傅確實厲害。
