香港百物騰貴，想在外吃得健康或是超值都挺不容易。上星期旅行水土不服，肚瀉了一星期，不敢吃得肥膩。今天剛好在粉嶺附近工作，一於到聯和墟吃素，清一下腸胃。$34三寶飯，三餸一湯，湯是住家湯的味道，與外面的例湯嚐得到分別。
