之前疫情期間喺呢間52C Medium Rare買過燒肉外賣覺得都幾抵食,疫情退卻就當然要黎encore。原來佢哋除咗網燒燒肉,仲有石燒牛食,用石板嘅熱力去慢慢煎熟塊牛扒,可以鎖住牛扒嘅肉汁之餘,感覺上仲冇咁熱氣。牛方面都有唔同部位可以選擇,我同朋友都揀咗180g嘅封門柳($158)。餐廳嚴選400日嘅美國殻飼牛,四邊已經輕輕燒過,放係熱辣辣嘅石板上面上枱。套餐另外仲跟餐湯、沙律同白飯。特別一提個羅宋湯做得唔錯,蕃茄雜菜味濃郁帶d香辣。牛扒一切開就見到粉嫩嘅顏色令人食指大動。輕輕喺石板上面就煎一煎就食得。牛柳入口腍嫩,一咬就開,牛味香濃。。。52C Medium Rare (佐敦)佐敦廟街269號華興大廈地下。。
