To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然依家炎炎夏日成三十幾度，但突然好想食煲仔飯，search到呢間位於佐敦嘅憶食尙就決定試吓~ 佢係比較近柯士甸站，唔洗五分鐘就行到😆 餐廳有兩層，裝修幾靚同好高檔，坐得好舒服~ 餐具都好有特色! 我哋叫咗三樣菜🍚廣式臘味煲仔飯 ($158) 呢個係佢哋嘅招牌，望落去唔係好大但兩個人食一定好夠飽!! 飯面舖滿臘腸，臘肉同臘鴨. 職員會幫手落葱同豉油攪拌，好專業，如果我攪嘅話一定會飛哂啲飯出黎🤣 食到一半，職員會幫手刮飯焦出黎，啲飯焦都唔少，唔會太燶，卜卜脆，勁好食😋🐷甜蜜咕嚕肉 ($88)原本以為呢間餐廳淨係煲仔飯出名，誰知呢碟甜蜜咕嚕肉好有驚喜!! 個甜酸醬汁好濃，帶有蜜糖香味，咕嚕肉炸到好脆，咬落去又唔會覺得成口炸粉嘅感覺, 中間舊肉半肥瘦，唔會太乾👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🍄四季豆干扁雞髀菇 ($88)四季豆炒得好香好有鑊氣，佢落咗啲黑椒所以零舍惹味🤘🏻 食咗咁多飯食返啲菜就啱哂😎☕️茶位 ($15) 我哋揀咗玄米茶，好香玄米味🤩總括來說，呢間係一間值得推薦嘅餐廳，職員服務態度好好，對住熟客傾得好開心，但對住我哋一啲都唔馬虎👍🏻👍🏻 環境闊落坐得舒服, 食物都好好味🙆🏼‍♀️
