To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🔸廣式臘味煲仔飯 $177呢款煲仔飯包含三種臘味，食材各有特色。南安板鴨咸香味道啱啱好，恰到好處；廣式鮮肉臘腸脂肪比例剛好，唔會太肥；廣式蠟肉肉質厚實，唔會肥膩。煲仔飯飯粒分明，粒粒飽滿，底下飯焦金黃焦脆，一啖食落口齒頰留香。上煲仔飯時店員非常細心，幫手落頭抽係周邊再攪抣，食到咁上下店員仲會主動問我地使唔使幫手括d飯焦，服務態度一流。🔸薑葱爆雞煲 $157上枱時已經聞到好香，雞炒得好嫩滑，食落好有鑊氣，醬汁香濃惹味，忍唔住食完一啖又一啖。🔸瑤柱上湯田園時蔬 $97爆香過嘅蒜片，配上金華火腿絲及娃娃菜食，鮮甜口感中和返晒成個用餐感覺。👉店舖唔止有特飲，仲提供菊花茶及其他茶供選擇，可以清下熱同減少油膩感。
