To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣咁凍除咗打邊爐之外，最啱就係食煲仔飯！於是我就約埋屋企人一齊去煲仔飯專門店一齊食煲仔飯！餐廳煮咗煲仔飯之外，仲有小菜可以提供！椒鹽一口骨一口骨啖啖肉，外皮炸得非常鬆脆，肉質軟腍！咬落口冇乜油膩感，椒鹽亦非常惹味，非常好送飯！瑤柱蝦米雜菜煲雜菜煲瑤柱同蝦米都非常足料！雜菜煲有菜心、小棠菜同娃娃菜！蔬菜都吸滿瑤柱蝦米味，味道惹味又清甜。廣式臘味煲仔飯今日嘅主角煲仔飯！即叫即做熱辣辣，煲仔飯充滿臘味嘅香味，配上煲仔飯豉油同飯焦，真係食完一碗一碗！臘味都份量十足，有臘腸、臘鴨同臘肉。臘腸幾好唔會太鹹👍🏻
