呢個套餐嘅重點係燒和牛,今次師傅揀嘅係澳洲和牛厚燒,不過個人覺得個肉質有啲韌,同埋油份唔重無juicy嘅感覺😢


反而個燒粒貝同鵝肝就有驚喜,個粒貝加左青瓜同蟹子一齊燒,雖然粒貝係切片但係都好有咬口!而鵝肝都好大舊,有creamy嘅口感,配埋哈密瓜食仲可以減輕油膩感🤪
