To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前食開廟街的煲仔飯，覺得質素不一。自從朋友上次帶我黎過【憶食尚】食煲仔飯，我同大佬都念念不忘。餐廳鄰近柯士甸站，分上下兩層，大部份桌都用屏風相隔，私隱度頗高。 ⦁廣式臘味煲仔飯 $177餐廳的臘味煲仔飯，分了四川口味以及廣式口味。個人比較喜歡廣式風味，夠晒經典的粵菜之一。飯香四溢，每粒米都吸飽臘肉、臘腸等油香。每款臘味肉質Q彈，大佬最鍾意煲底焦脆的飯粒，香口之餘，仲好有層次感。 ⦁甜蜜咕嚕肉 $127咕嚕肉表面被一層薄薄酥脆的炸粉包裹住，肉質鮮嫩多汁，搭配酸甜而不甜膩的醬汁，非常開胃‼️ ⦁四季豆干煸雞脾菇 $127脆嫩的四季豆干，而雞髀菇食落多汁，兩款蔬菜搭配起來，非常清爽。整體味道帶有丁點香辣，送飯一流。 ⦁芒果特飲 $39⦁士多啤梨特飲 $39⦁茶芥 $15/位餐廳本身有不同熱茶提供。而個人覺得夏天應該必點特飲，兩款特飲酸酸甜甜非常開胃，加上冰凍的感覺非常解暑。
