To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 富臨下午茶,我可以話由細飲到大,大概經驗值冇十年也有五年。最喜歡的是其燒鵝瀨同蝦餃同燒茄子。喜歡的原因,好簡單,大件夾抵食。寫左幾年都冇特別諗寫這裡,不過今天,發生了點有趣的事,繼潮福後又見到了些有趣的姐姐,我決定記下一點。平常吃的燒鵝瀨,也算對辦,12.8一碗,由於本身冇想過寫,冇影相,不過要說的有時有鵝脾供應,值得食,雖然你明知其實佢啲質素不是最好....起碼你知道自己唔係食一樂和天鴻。當來到我第二最愛時,操,我以為自己去左李克勤同容祖兒的演唱會,唱的是世界真細小,舊茄子平時係大舊一倍,今日食嘅係平日份量嘅一半,連豉油都少左,唔通生意真係咁難做,其實我知九蚊一碟冇乜可以要求,但如果真係細份到那刻我心情真係好似在街上見到前度的心情那麼無奈,世界真的那麼小,小得可憐到容不下吃大舊一點的茄子嗎。幸好,質素還可以保持,那個魚肉雖然細舊左,但配合茄子還是簡單而好吃。對面搭枱的阿姐搭訕,話:"係啦,冇生意就派傳單,好生意你就食少啲。"我無言,香港人似乎好唔開心,一碟茄子也可引來不絕於耳的巨浪,說的都是社會的不快,香港越來越難住,你看到那個鑽嶺嗎?劏到得番二百呎都要搶購,仲要五蚊管理費。茄子都要

叉燒腸,全日最正常的一員,無論外形,價錢同味道。

每次我也會來叫個菜,時菜腐竹,三十蚊食個全菜,的確幾貴,不過喜歡其清清的白菜仔,還有孤寒到不行的腐竹,唔講我以為腐竹係好似山珍海味之貴價物。

一放低,傳菜阿姐已經好不情願咁。

佢係一籠籠點心中好辛苦咁搵到蝦餃,放低俾我。

加一句,阿姐話:你自己搣啦(好唔客氣地說)

我心諗:搣乜春。

然後,我看看蝦餃,原來有點心紙黏在蝦餃皮上。

佢揮一揮衣袖,好靈巧地拿起其他點心就走。

剩下的是我和那蝦餃,我明白,我要搣左個張紙先可以食,當然,最後一搣連蝦餃層皮都搣左去。

蝦餃也是細粒左,不過精華所在當然係薄到不行的那層蝦餃皮,也許是我錯,搣乜春都唔夠叻,所以唔可以享用到呢個蝦餃嘅全部。

也許香港人生活真的很艱難,連食個蝦餃都要有技巧,仲要睇阿姐面色。

你搣啦,這句話以後我食蝦餃都會記得。
