To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為疫情。魚一我平時係食外賣多，好鐘意食佢冷辣麵。壽司質素就正常不過不失。呢排慢慢放寬食市，因為魚一距離我家偏遠。最近網上口碑麻麻，所以我自己都無去堂食。琴晚朋友提議想食魚一。我諗住甘耐無食，試下堂食係點啦。琴晚好大雨。我同小朋友6點左右到達。因為餐廳要齊人先可以入坐。但我朋友仲要十分鐘左右先行到泥。所以企左係出面一路等。餐廳門頂無簷蓬，啲雨係甘彈到身。眼見餐廳下層得兩張枱食緊，其他都無人坐。明白餐廳有餐廳嘅規矩。有小小覺得餐廳不近人情。最後我朋友覺得既然係甘，佢最近口碑又麻麻，甘大雨不如食間可以坐底係入面等嘅餐廳。就走左喇其實元朗日本餐廳真係好多選擇。88
