To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

佢啲沙嗲醬真係好特別

平時食得好多泰國菜，但馬來西亞新加坡菜就真係好少食。呢一間餐廳嘅餸菜價錢都唔係好貴，而且亦都有新加坡肉骨茶飲，可惜嗰日我哋實在太飽所以就冇飲到啦。為食嘅我哋最後嗌咗半隻海南雞同埋一碗油飯，雞肉食落去好嫩滑，份量都好多。而且雞皮都去得好乾淨，唔會食到有雞毛。有返亦都煮到粒粒分明，好好食。之後我同朋友帶咗一碟串燒，隔離配左啲沙嗲醬食落去好match，佢嘅味道偏甜，而且上面都有啲花生粒。最後餐牌上面有一個黑蘿蔔糕同白蘿蔔糕。嗰時我哋問咗啲侍應究竟有咩分別，最後我哋就選擇咗呢一個白蘿蔔糕啦。佢原來係用蛋煮成嘅蘿蔔糕，兩個人食晒成碟都已經好飽，而且食落去唔會好鹹。
