雖然我仲有幾日就去釜山,不過我都想係香港試一試香港版釜山食物先,咁到時去到就有得對比下嘛。呢間餐廳新開係韓國街,面積都幾大,入到去播曬k pop,店員係韓國人,係我對面又坐左成檯韓國人,我都真係有一刻覺得自己去左韓國 🤣。現做辣炒年糕($228)呢鍋野有d似部隊鍋,有年糕、韓式魚蛋、腸仔、半個公仔麵,重點就係中間嘅韓式辣醬,成鍋野味道嘅靈魂,店員會幫手煮,唔洗驚自己手殘煮得唔好。釜山豬肉湯麵($95)、釜山豬肉湯飯($97)呢兩款係佢地招牌食物,所以一次過就試曬兩款!白色湯底煲到奶一樣,飲落好香濃,我覺得豬肉湯飯個湯比湯麵更加出色,入面加左唔少韭菜,多左一重韭菜香,豬肉用上五花腩,食落唔肥又保留到五花腩嘅香,果然係招牌菜。📍釜山商會 (尖沙咀)尖沙咀金巴利道79-81號金栢閣地下A-C號舖。
