看這兒的五花腩肥瘦均勻,炆至鬆化入味就算肥肉位置也絕不肥膩,再加上用惠州出名的鹹甜梅菜索盡豬油香,真係汶辦法了唔該白飯🍚一碗啦 !

{麵醬唐生菜}🌿麵豉醬向來香口惹味,用炒唐生菜惹味兼爽口,而且不油膩可口非常。

還有極度誘惑的{沙薑蔥油雞}🐥一端上檯香氣誘惑無比,但看真點跟平時吃的沙薑有點點分別喎!原來師傅係將雞腔內塞滿薑蔥然後才取去蒸一小時,心想蒸一小時隻雞咪好老囉?

雞皮爽口肉質嫩滑到連雞胸亦像少女肌膚般滑溜,加上香而不鹹的蔥油,這一刻白飯又要再次蒞臨我的肚子了!

咪以為就咁就完啊!還有好驚喜的{客家鹹湯丸},我好記得我的婆婆以前都有做過鹹湯丸給我吃,她的做法就用大地魚湯加上蝦米,冬菇,肉絲配湯丸,湯丸索盡鹹香的湯味到現在還留下很深刻印象!

但這兒的鹹湯丸包上了豬肉餡,再放入由蝦乾,豬肉鬆,韭菜,冬菇,花生同埋皇帝菜的湯內,鹹香惹味湯丸吃下軟糯又煙靭,成件事都好得人喜愛。
