拉麵雖然各家各店唔會太大差異,但湯底同配料不同嘅配搭永遠令人躍躍欲試。今次嚟到利東街隔籬嘅神虎麵商店,呢間拉麵店嚟自大阪,香港只此一家,由日本師傅主理。叫咗黑虎(黑蒜)同海老虎(蝦)兩款。我食嘅海老虎係香港限定,即使喺日本總店都食唔到架~湯頭蝦味濃陏,但唔係因為櫻花蝦仔,而係特製蝦油帶出鮮味。選用偏向東京風味嘅曲蛋麵,掛湯力高。整體比較鹹香,貼近日本人口味。薄叉燒係用西班牙豬肩肉整,肉腍而味濃。豬肉丸係我第一次見嘅配料。肉丸幾彈牙,入面有爽口蓮藕粒。細佬一如既往揀咗黑蒜拉麵。我哋亦加咗$12,share溏心蛋食。蛋黃流心,蛋白剛熟👍小食方面我哋較為推介餃子。煎餃子比常見嘅大隻,內餡鎖住肉汁但肉本身並唔肥膩,仲有唔少蒜粒。特別係皮造得稍帶黏韌,更加可口。必須趁熱食先夠脆!炸雞睇得出絕對自家製,大件嘅雞塊用上嫩滑雞脾位,炸皮有葱蒜絲,更加香。拉麵店喺油、麵質等等地方都冇得按個人喜好揀,特別在叉燒同豬肉丸,適合鍾意濃味湯底嘅人。
