To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 尼間lunch omakase唔錯,來自唔同地方嘅食材都好新鮮,可以試埋dinner薄切鰈魚魚片再卷住鰈魚裙邊,肉質鮮嫩,有心意,好鮮美秋刀魚刺身秋刀魚11月尾食已經算水尾,新鮮但唔肥美了,配合薑蔥嘅香味令人回味赤崎真蠔成隻手掌咁大!好新鮮,帶有微微甜味同濃重海水味,偏爽口間八魚一個生食另一個炙燒,各有特色,好肥美好好味中拖羅可惜帶少少筋,配合炭鹽一齊食,味道更加豐富炙燒三文魚鮫三文魚鮫經過炙燒,外面微微焦香,內裡嘅肉質鮮嫩肥美,非常美味深海池魚肉質鮮嫩,亦都係油脂含量比較高嘅魚,滿足北海道牡丹蝦鮮甜黏口,配合蝦膏壽司飯一齊食,豐富蝦味新鮮銀鱈魚比較少食到銀鱈魚刺身,食得出非常新鮮,好驚喜馬糞海膽勁鮮甜濃郁,一口大滿足黑陸魚濃郁嘅魚肉味,口感煙韌新鮮鯖魚切成厚片,少有唔腥,輕輕炙燒過將油份逼埋出嚟,非常美味照燒梭子魚感覺似天婦羅多d,炸得剛好,魚肉鮮嫩多汁,梅汁帶出梭子魚嘅風味,收尾唔錯
