講開食蛋糕當然唔少得一啲嚟自日本嘅蛋糕店啦,今次就去咗呢間黎自日本大阪嘅Mon Cher位於中環嘅分店喺門口已經望到好多唔同種類嘅蛋糕,除咗蛋糕之外,仲有咖啡同埋雪糕等。鋪頭入邊仲有仲好貼心咁有糖食嘅位置比客人坐低慢慢品嚐。講得係日本過黎當然味道同質素都有保證啦,最出名嘅蛋糕叫做堂島卷嘅卷蛋蛋糕,呢個蛋糕係100%使用北海道牛乳整成嘅,食落嘅感覺唔會太膩,啖啖都係cream感覺好正。我就同朋友叫咗兩個蛋糕,咁啱依家係草莓當做嘅季節,所以有個特別嘅草莓堂島卷,係原來嘅堂島卷中間加咗粒大大嘅博多甜王草莓,食落去就更加正啦,草莓同cream非常之夾,但食落絕對唔會覺得太甜,比起堂島卷更rich。另一款就係草莓雙層芝士蛋糕,佢係屬於日本嘅軟芝士蛋糕,食落好鬆軟,上邊加左啲士多啤梨粉,味道好好淡淡地又有芝士味。下次再黎試下其他蛋糕先!

另一款就係草莓雙層芝士蛋糕,佢係屬於日本嘅軟芝士蛋糕,食落好鬆軟,上邊加左啲士多啤梨粉,味道好好淡淡地又有芝士味。下次再黎試下其他蛋糕先!
