To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 觀塘除咗塞車之外，都有好多好嘢食㗎~呢間由年輕人經營嘅平民、無味精台式餐廳佢哋嘅 signature 係芒果魯肉飯🥭 第一次嘗試呢個組合，估唔到甜美嘅芒果會同魯肉飯咁夾，撈埋一齊食好神奇哋係令個魯肉飯嘅膩感減輕咗，成件事更加清新！熔岩蛋之戀，唔係掌門人最愛嘅花之戀，而係超拉絲嘅芝士火腿蛋餅。呢度嘅餅皮煎得好香脆，脆卜卜嘅口感同芝士火腿好夾~台北夜市小食拼盤 - 一款有齊台灣腸，花枝丸同埋鹽酥雞。真係一次過滿足3個願望。仲要估咪都份量都幾多。3款入面最喜歡個鹽酥雞，無骨啖啖肉，調味唔會太鹹得嚟 keep 到 juicy 無乾澀感，如果加埋炸九層塔就 perfect~芝。芋頭鮮奶 - 又有芋泥又有奶蓋。集女生至愛於一身。芋泥口感綿密中又留有芋頭嘅咬口，加埋厚厚嘅芝士奶蓋滑溜帶鹹香，呢杯最大嘅缺點就係飽肚，所以要留肚飲 hahaha提下大家只要 follow 佢哋嘅 IG， 2:30pm後仲有 9折優惠，好抵食~
