To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 原先呢間上年嘅質素都幾好,除咗會堂食有時有人嚟屋企我都會買外賣。會鍾意叫佢個咖喱牛腩燒雞同埋串燒。仲要帶過幾個朋友嚟食添。應該有半年冇過過嚟啦,今日見唔使排隊就入去食,我哋叫咗一個生牛肉河粉,另外要咗一個海鮮喇沙湯麵,再要一個冬陰功。海鮮喇沙湯米線個湯嘅顏色依然係算濃嘅,但味道就淡咗啲。不過啲料真係少之又少啊,有三個魷魚圈,一件豆腐卜,一隻細嘅蝦,同一隻青口。生牛肉湯河啲牛肉係好少嘅,個河粉底一個男人係唔夠食嘅。冬陰功湯我哋食完碗河粉都未到就再問,問完隔咗10分鐘又未到同佢講cancel。佢好快攞咗張單俾我由冬陰功湯嘅,我話啱啱咪同你講咗我cancel咗,然後即刻話2分鐘之後有你要唔要?可少由約$78-88一碗,加埋一接近$100碗。

個湯嘅顏色依然係算濃嘅,但味道就淡咗啲。不過啲料真係少之又少啊,有三個魷魚圈,一件豆腐卜,一隻細嘅蝦,同一隻青口。

生牛肉湯河
啲牛肉係好少嘅,個河粉底一個男人係唔夠食嘅。

冬陰功湯
我哋食完碗河粉都未到就再問,問完隔咗10分鐘又未到同佢講cancel。

佢好快攞咗張單俾我由冬陰功湯嘅,我話啱啱咪同你講咗我cancel咗,然後即刻話2分鐘之後有你要唔要?
