To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

返娘家探阿媽, 回歸九龍城, 小曼谷向我揮手! 仍記得之前常來吃的! 每次都難決擇, 因為太多款式了! 今晚以魚做主題, 見其A+B 淤鮮組合好吸收, 選配左泰式燒盲鰽和燒脆皮白鱔。前者魚質鬆軟, 清香, 配醬汁好好吃。後者皮超脆, 重膠原且非常juicy, 魚肉質地彈牙, 少少鹽香已帶出鮮甜, 可不用汁配! 點都想叫個咖喱, 首次點青咖喱鴨胸, 咖喱微辣重椰香, 鴨胸鬆香, 連茄子, 豆角等配菜都好新鮮。有咖喱就要有烤餅, 點了芝士烤餅, 淨食已冇得輸, 芝士特濃, 硬脆鬆香, 燙手的熱度再沾上青咖喱, 好味窩心上心頭! 成日都食炒椰菜苗, 今晚試點新既, 食左個鐵板豬頸肉者椰菜苗, 真係者者聲咁上菜, 菜鮮甜, 豬頸肉唔算太肥, 而且都軟身, 但始終係者者款式, 唔怕肥但求好味既就叫啦! 還點了個泰式蟹肉煲仔翅, 味唔差既, 可能係太多年港式碗仔翅經驗, 感覺它較糊狀, 質感稀番d 會更岩口味! 整體依舊好食, 現場依舊熱鬧, 一到7:30pm 就爆人! Live band 亦好聽, 上菜都好快👍 保持好態度好水準😊 十分推介!!
