To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前言：因為有「$5 現金卷」，跑來這兒外賣一份原價$18 的「100 分至醒茶餐」，折實後$13。內有一片過鹹的洋火腿、一隻賣相惡劣的煎蛋、無什麼「內涵」的生煎包、無味無料的炒麵、以及中規中舉的牛奶麥片。飲品選了少奶的熱鴛鴦。以份量而言，好抵！食味方面，只有麥皮和鴛鴦入得口。其餘食品質素惡劣，難以下嚥！另：據悉此餐亦在早餐時般供應。心想：如斯份量，足以作午餐或晚餐！還有，店員服務質素和效率惡劣。購買外賣居然要等候十分鐘之久！
