To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

廣式臘味煲仔飯 $177煲仔飯即叫即整，2人份好大份，勁多料，全部係自家工場製造，有臘肉、臘腸同臘鴨臘腸好有酒香好好味，脂肪比例啱啱好，食完唔會膩唔會油油咀👍🏻臘肉帶酒香好甘香，不嬲唔多食臘肉，覺得好油，呢個臘肉完全唔覺得油，係我食過最好食嘅臘肉，超高質💯臘鴨肉有鹹香，連骨都夠香夠入味，唔錯😋飯夠乾身粒粒分明，米飯吸收哂臘味油脂，唔駛落好多秘製醬油已好夠味，煮得剛剛好，飯焦金黃脆卜卜又唔會過燶，必食💯💯咕嚕肉 $127外脆內嫩，豬肉味濃，炸醬唔算厚，醬甜酸度啱啱好，唔會太酸，凍咗食外皮都仲好脆👍🏻👍🏻瑤柱上湯菜心 $87菜心有揀過，好嫩，湯底有蝦米又有瑤柱，好鮮味好甜，冇味精，絕對係誠意菜👍🏻👍🏻裝修簡潔乾淨，座位闊落舒適，菜絕對超水準，好有heart嘅餐廳，極推薦💯💯💯
