To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前去過上環總店,覺得都不錯,知道喺尖沙咀開咗分店,所以都嚟試吓14件壽司 ($458)前菜先食沙律及茶碗蒸帆立貝好可愛嘅形狀,圓菇碌!肉質一絲絲,非常新鮮赤鯛味道清淡但肉質細膩螢光魷魚大廚送上幾條就嚟當造嘅螢光魷魚,依家仲未當造,所以唔多膏,遲啲就會好多膏㗎喇深海池魚肉質鮮嫩肥美,油香脂厚牡丹蝦食落有漿口嘅口感,加咗蝦膏更加香濃金目鯛肉質細緻鮮美,油分甘香梭子魚外形好靚,一梳梳咁,皮上有斑紋;魚皮油脂豐富,師傅輕輕燒過塊魚皮,令油香更加突出池魚肉質鮮嫩肥美,以加咗蔥及芝麻更加香濃中拖羅係我最愛嘅中拖羅!油分適中又無筋,入口即溶,魚味超濃郁馬糞海膽係當造嘅海膽,海水味好濃郁,口感滑溜BB銀雪魚輕輕燒過嘅銀雪魚,口感軟綿綿醬漬吞拿魚有微酸嘅味道鯖魚昆布漬鯖魚左口魚邊食到成口油,超正!赤鯥魚皮呈紅色,係同喜知次並稱為兩大高級嘅紅皮魚之一!作為最後一件壽司真係啱晒!油脂重肉質鮮美櫻花蝦素麵再食多碗麵,飽晒!開心果雪糕細細杯雪糕,份量啱啱好!
