好耐無去食,今晚再去食,因食7點所以預早打電話訂位,去到輝哥在門口招呼,地下有3張大枱可坐10人,還有二樓的。坐下有酸菜,花生,醬汁盤,我哋先叫了小食,炸魚角和沙薑雞腳,酸梅湯和竹蔗水食住等朋友。大圓枱有兩個爐, 點了兩個湯底,一個皮蛋芫茜, 另一個鴛鴦湯底雪梨豬肺,麻辣。 這裡的麻辣湯底不會太麻辣,鍋底有大豆芽,豬紅,豆干很多材料,而雪梨豬肺的豬肺很軟不會韌. 炸響鈴好正,店員說浸湯三秒, 我夾住一放落湯即刻起來一秒都好好味,店員介紹$298的鴛鴦牛即是一半肥一半瘦,肉質不會韌好味, 還有牛柏葉,四寶丸,墨魚滑,蝦滑,芝士牛丸,豬肺,菜藍等各樣也很新鮮,掛住食有些忘記唔影相,整體保持水準,好好味!
