最近終於有機會到灣仔譚臣道的「聰。C Dessert」朝聖!今次點的四款經典都好合心水:紅豆蓉豆腐花、布蕾醬焦糖脆脆雪糕牛角窩夫、川貝圓肉燉雪梨和芝麻糊燉蛋白。 紅豆蓉豆腐花: 紅豆蓉煮得綿密香甜,豆腐花滑嫩細緻,加上水晶粒粒,兩者搭配起來口感豐富。 布蕾醬焦糖脆脆雪糕牛角窩夫: 個人超愛這Croffle, 非常有層次感!熱騰騰的牛角窩夫外脆內軟,搭配香滑的布蕾醬和vanilla ice cream ,口感豐富。焦糖脆脆增加了整體的口感,甜而不膩。- 川貝圓肉燉雪梨: 這道燉品非常滋潤,雪梨燉得軟爛,圓肉的甜味和川貝的清香中和了雪梨的酸味,養生!!-芝麻糊燉蛋白: 芝麻糊濃郁香滑,蛋白燉得滑嫩,兩者搭配在一起口感滑溜。芝麻的香氣和蛋白的清甜互相襯托,簡單但好食。-甜品確實名不虛傳,每款都保留了傳統港式甜品的風味,同時又加入了一些創新的元素。期待下次來再試新野。
