Omakse:廚師發辦嘅菜式,挑選時令,珍貴嘅食材製作刺身,壽司等菜色,因此大部份廚師發辦用餐價格都比較高。因為Budget有限,經朋友介紹話天后有橦大廈有間日本餐廳食Omakse,叫我可以lunch去試下,不過要記得book位先好去🤣聽完佢講就今日去左試呢間餐廳''榊原''。餐廳環境超干淨又企理,坐位有十幾個,廚師同食客不停傾計,交流飲食心得。第1道菜係茶碗蒸,係我人生食過最好食嘅,超足料嘅茶碗蒸,蟹肉魚肉份量超多,當然蛋非常滑流😋接住落黎輪到鯛魚刺身,將醋整成啫喱狀,酸酸maymay同刺身好夾龍蝦配蝦膏,三文魚魚子:龍蝦肉鮮甜,肉質爽口,蝦膏食落冇腥味,三種食材一齊食,層次豐富,最鍾意魚子係口腔卜一聲嘅感覺🤣左口魚壽司就食得多,右口魚都係第一次食(印象中),肉質非常滑,配左魚肝&魚邊,整體非常夾。仲有吞拿魚壽司,北海道銀雪魚壽司,深海池魚壽司........ 最後吞拿魚蓉手卷,師傅毫不吝嗇將滿滿嘅魚蓉放上飯上&灑上天婦羅碎,咬落去每啖都充滿魚蓉,好滿足🤗提外話,師傅仲問我洗唔洗多飯多魚蓉餡添🤣由於'蟬時雨' 菜式太多不能盡錄,食嘅過程睇得出師傳對食材好過要求,佢地都好用心製作每道菜

由於'蟬時雨' 菜式太多不能盡錄,食嘅過程睇得出師傳對食材好過要求,佢地都好用心製作每道菜式俾食客❤️
