To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友说已经在牛奶冰室连吃一个星期了,非常恐怖(因为一般去冰室,要么是花样太多不知道点什么,要么是完全一个都不想试),所以就约着来吃个午饭好了。🌟午餐:蒜香蜜汁叉烧煎半焗双蛋饭 61点开openrice就看到它的图片,朋友也强推,等了好一阵子,上来真的意外的惊喜,蜜汁叉烧是真蜜汁,双蛋剖开后流下蛋液太有食欲了,就是酱油有点多,拌饭太抢味🌟热杏仁霜 跟餐第一次喝杏仁霜,虽然估计也是冲的,但真的甜甜的很好喝,杏仁味自然不化学🌟鲜奶蛋白撻 10啥也不说了,闭眼吃就完事,就是底部的蛋挞皮略厚,跟挞心不太贴合🌟全餐:五香肉丁汤面+蒜香多士+牛乳炒滑蛋 54 + 柠檬柚子蜜+5朋友说:吃不完,根本吃不完发现牛奶冰室的煎蛋真的做得很好,全餐的点睛之笔(无加一)牛奶冰室的装修也是很温馨的,食客多多,餐具也比较干净,碗碟是有厚度的,特别夸一下线上点餐的界面设计,让人非常有冲动全部点完555下次还会再来的
