To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大家想一嘗韓國菜, 所以就選了這間首爾CAFE, 位子不多,店亦不算大, 冬天時大家都穿著厚衣..其實也頗擠逼的,,今次不用等位,很快就可以點菜了一行4人..總共吃了5樣食物我們有2碟小菜,分別是芽菜和泡菜..未知泡菜是否自家製..跟我吃過的味道不同紫菜卷(Kimbab) $30 看到之前的食評, 紫菜卷的評價都不太高, 但當天所吃到的, 是超乎意料的好味!! 首先配料有切絲的紅蘿蔔, 蟹柳, 蛋, 小黃瓜,青瓜等.. 不像日本壽司的,,這個紫菜卷的飯不會加醋,而是會加鹽的,,飯的黏度恰好,吃下去紫菜卷仍是微暖的,,整個味道是很搭,,這個紫菜卷真是好好味,,所以朋友最後亦外賣了一客,,這個也是大家一致認為是這5樣食物中最好味的!!煙肉年糕 $20/4舊 店員有提示要趁熱吃 可能吃不慣..煙肉配搭著無味的年糕..整體感覺很淡口, 但吃得到年糕很有咬口,但這個菜不試也可以煎泡菜餃子 $20/4個 趁熱吃,,泡菜餃子反而吃不出有泡菜味道..只可說煎得香脆..不試也沒有損失 海鮮豆腐湯+白飯一碗+海帶湯一碗 $55 店員叮囑我們要趁熱時攪散未熟的蛋黃,,但我們掛住吃同時上檯的煙肉年糕,所以店員

海鮮豆腐湯+白飯一碗+海帶湯一碗 $55 店員叮囑我們要趁熱時攪散未熟的蛋黃,,但我們掛住吃同時上檯的煙肉年糕,所以店員好細心的為我們攪散了,,弄出一絲絲的蛋花. 湯是微辣, 很香, 有6-7隻蜆,也有不少豆腐..湯充滿了濃濃的鮮甜味,, 配上豆腐和湯的韓國飯..頓覺得自己變了韓國人

石頭飯+海帶湯一碗 $55 熱辣辣的上檯了, 店員會先為你伴醬..因為沒有吃過石頭飯,故下的份量也請店員話事.. 吃了海鮮湯飯才吃這個飯的,,故吃時是微暖, 醬下得有點兒多了,,飯是微濕,,但仍不影響口感..配料也多..但這個石頭飯卻比海鮮豆腐湯飯搶過了風頭!

坐了3個多小時,店員不斷的幫我們倒茶;) 很好的服務

最後每人都只是給了$52 就吃到1餐滿足的韓國菜,, 一定會再來
