To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友是打邊爐迷，今晚帶我去灣仔食呢間米芝蓮火鍋店，不枉此行！😋🍲多達12款湯底可以選擇，我揀咗鹹菜胡椒豬肚湯和潮州海蜆湯，個人比較喜歡潮州海蜆湯，味道比較鮮。❣️重點推薦，日本佐賀A5肉眼和牛、澳洲龍蝦刺身、蟶子，和牛肉質很靚入口即溶，澳洲龍蝦刺身超鮮甜！點豉油芥末簡直一流，蟶子大大隻很鮮甜。三杯雞肉丸、酸菜胡椒白肉丸、沙茶醬蚵仔釀牛丸，3款丸都很美味，肉質彈牙而且鮮甜。點了其他配料，菜脯蛋豬肉餃、鮮冬菇、唐生菜、野生竹笙、爽滑生麵、越南河粉，每一款食材都很新鮮，越南河粉口感很好，推薦👍🏻
