To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時素食俾我嘅感覺係比較簡單同清淡🙈但呢間素食餐廳俾我嘅感覺係完全唔同首先餐牌同平時去開的素食店有啲不同,唔係傳統的素雞素鴨,而係彷真度極高嘅西式和日式素食唔講以為自己入咗一間fusion菜餐廳呀呢次就叫咗泰式菠蘿串燒炒飯,  加多$10嘅鮮茄甘荀香芋濃湯首先濃湯有驚喜, 有好濃郁嘅蕃茄味, 口感順滑, 再加上細細粒甘荀香芋, 飲落有多種層次泰式菠蘿串燒炒飯嘅串燒係素雞再加咖哩味嘅炒飯, 切碎咗嘅菠蘿融入咗喺炒飯入面, 酸酸甜甜好惹味整體上黎講呢餐飯食得好滿足, 下次會介紹朋友嚟試下
