To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時都唔多食素既, 但呢次係同屋企人黎食既。覺得呢間既素菜有驚喜。我個人推介有咕嚕肉, 口感十分似肉食的咕嚕肉, 原來當中係用菇取代變成素食, 食係上黎都真係以假亂真, 十分有創意!另一樣係香煎菇扒, 呢樣明顯係以西餐作靈感的菜式, 但變成素菜後仍不差, 菇扒煎得可以, 以通心粉襯底, 創意十足!我認為都係值得一試既!
